Nina Interiors Limited, a prominent player in Uganda’s furniture industry for over 30 years, has officially unveiled its new experiential center in Makindye, Kampala. This milestone is the result of a partnership with renowned global furniture manufacturer Sunon.

The state-of-the-art center will showcase a diverse array of office, educational, and medical furniture, designed to cater to the evolving needs of modern customers. Located at ETHICC House in Makindye, the center reflects Nina Interiors’ core values of excellence, teamwork, humility, integrity, and a customer-first approach, according to company officials.

This opening marks a significant achievement in Nina Interiors’ journey toward delivering exceptional quality and service. The new space provides a dynamic environment where customers can engage with the company’s offerings, experiencing firsthand the innovation and craftsmanship that define the brand.

“We are excited to partner with Sunon to introduce the latest designs and innovations to Uganda,” said Patricia Karugaba, Managing Director of Nina Interiors. “This collaboration allows us to offer a wide range of superior products and services, from office and educational furniture to medical solutions, all while staying true to our values and commitment to customer satisfaction.”

Samwiri Njuki, the board chair, extended his appreciation to everyone who contributed to making this vision a reality. He emphasized the company’s dedication to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles. “As a sustainability-focused business, we are committed to upholding ethical business practices and environmental stewardship, ensuring both the longevity of our company and the well-being of the community,” Njuki stated.

Charles Ocici, Executive Director of Enterprise Uganda, praised Nina Interiors for its visionary leadership and resilience over the years. He noted that the unveiling of this cutting-edge center is a testament to the founders’ discipline and commitment. “This experiential center goes beyond a typical furniture showroom,” Ocici remarked. “It serves as an inspiring hub for innovative ideas, supported by the advanced capabilities of the facility.”

At the event, Kevin Jia, Regional Director of Sunon’s International Business Division, expressed gratitude for Nina Interiors’ successful introduction of Sunon to the Ugandan market. “As we continue our collaboration, Sunon remains dedicated to bringing innovative products, fresh concepts, and advanced office solutions to Uganda, enriching the local market with our global expertise,” Jia said.
