Old Mutual Investment Group, a prominent African investment management firm renowned for its extensive history of client growth, marked the outstanding accomplishments of its sales representatives during the esteemed 2023 Agency Awards and 2024 Incentive Launch, held at Hotel Africana, as reported on May 2.
Dubbed “The 2023 Agency Awards and the 2024 Incentive Launch,” the event spotlighted the diligent efforts of Old Mutual Investment Group’s sales representatives in driving impressive sales performance throughout the previous year while setting the stage for continued success in the present year.
Daniel Opiyo, the Head of Marketing and Business Development at Old Mutual Investment Group, underscored the company’s strategic blueprint and emphasized the pivotal role of sales representatives in realizing organizational objectives.
He remarked, “You are the cornerstone of our success. Your steadfast dedication has propelled us towards our strategic targets, and we take immense pride in your accomplishments in 2023, with hopes for even greater strides this year.”
Zac Kisesi, the Head of Alternative Channels, during his presentation, offered insights into sales metrics, encompassing inflows, outflows, and net outflows, highlighting the company’s robust performance in navigating dynamic market conditions. He also had the privilege of announcing the winners across various categories, acknowledging their exceptional contributions to the company’s success.
The event comprised several categories to recognize top-performing representatives: Agents with the highest number of clients per month in 2023 included: January – Geofrey Katamba – 20 new clients; February – Isaac Kiddu – 25 new clients; March – Geofrey Katamba – 32 new clients; April – Edgar Katsigwa – 21 new clients; May – Isaac Kiddu – 27 new clients; June – Isaac Kiddu – 25 new clients; July – Edgar Katsigwa – 36 new clients; August – Susan Sarah Acan – 43 new clients; September – Susan Sarah Acan – 32 new clients; October – Geofrey Katamba – 34 new clients; November – Geofrey Katamba – 41 new clients; December – Susan Sarah Acan – 29 new clients
